Half Double Ignite – Course Description

Ignite is Half Double's Foundation course. Through Ignite, you gain knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Half Double, and you get the opportunity to certify yourself to the Foundation level in Half Double.

The course is intended for project managers, both experienced and completely new. In addition, project participants and project owners will also benefit from the course.

After the course you will be able to implement changes in your own project and in your own organization, and follow the Half Double methodology.

Course Description

The course deals with Impact, Flow, and Leadership which are the main elements of Half Double. The course has both a theoretical part and a practical part.

The course runs over 3 full days and offers certification during the course, or a few days later. It is also possible to order individual completion where the certification is overseen by ProctorU.

Material and Preparation

All course participants receive the Half Double compendium in pdf format as part of the course documentation, and it is not necessary to obtain other literature. Participants in physical courses will also receive the compendium in booklet form on the course itself. Before the course, it is a good idea to spend a few hours getting acquainted with the compendium as it will increase the learning outcome, but this is not a requirement.

The certification is online with multiple-choice answers. There are a total of 40 questions that must be answered within 1 hour. 28 correct answers are required to be certified.

Certification to the Foundation level does not have an expiration date and is permanent.

The certification fee of 2,150 kr is included in the course fee, but if you have to repeat the certification, a certification fee will be charged.

Digital / In-Person

We hold both digital and physical courses. In the digital, we use Teams for presentation and Miro for group work. The group work will take place in small groups in «break-out rooms» in Teams. In the physical courses, the participants will be divided into groups and interact in-person.
